Thorntown Plan Commission reviews several types of planning applications. Please find the list of the types of cases, corresponding application forms and application information below.

- Assigning addresses. If you need a new address assigned to a property, you can request this as part of any other planning application, building permit application, or email your request to planning@thorntown.in.gov.
Applications like rezoning, PUD, subdivisions, and other changes to the zoning text require a public hearing and possibly a technical review.
