Staff will provide some training on the use of the newly adopted UDO.

    • American Citizen Planner Registration for Summer Session Opens May 1

      “American Citizen Planner – Indiana is an online training program designed to help those currently, or potentially, serving on an area or advisory plan commission in Indiana learn at their own pace. Course participants also register for two live virtual events, which build and expand upon topics covered in the online course.” Registration cost: $200

    • Ordinance 2026-5 Second Reading and Town Council Vote May 18

      Town Council will have its Second Reading of Ordinance 2026-5 and consider its adoption. If adopted, the Thorntown Advisory Plan Commission will be dissolved June 1, and this will be its final meeting.
