NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES
Property owners, ratepayers and other interested parties in or served or to be served by the waterworks of the Town of Thorntown, Indiana ("Town") are hereby notified that an ordinance amending rates and charges for the waterworks of the Town ("Rate Ordinance"), was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council held on February 16, 2026. At a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7:00 p.m. on March 2, 2026 at Town Hall, 101 West Main Street, Thorntown, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of the rates and charges and consideration of adoption of the Rate Ordinance which provides as follows:
The water rates and charges as follow are hereby adopted and established for the use of the service rendered by the Thorntown Waterworks Utility:
